Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached. We do not offer refunds; all approved returns will be processed as an exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal value. To start an exchange, please contact us at 71 78 14 78 with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the item back. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
